gpu is a non-custodial Solana trading service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to trade cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction. By using gpu you confirm you meet these requirements.

Non-custodial

gpu does not hold or control your funds. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, your seed phrases, and any funds you send to wallets created via this service.

Trading risk

Cryptocurrency trading is risky. Tokens can lose all their value rapidly. You may lose funds due to price movement, smart contract bugs, scam tokens, network congestion, or your own mistakes. gpu does not provide investment advice. You trade at your own risk.

Fees

gpu charges a 1% platform fee on swaps, denominated in the output token. Solana network priority fees and rent costs are paid by you from your wallet. Fees may change with notice.

SMS / Messaging

By providing your mobile phone number to gpu, you authorize us to send you transactional SMS messages as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

Prohibited use

You may not use gpu for money laundering, financing illegal activity, evading sanctions, or other illegal purposes. We may suspend accounts we believe are violating these terms or applicable law.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime, trade execution, or that the service will continue to operate. We are not liable for losses arising from use of the service to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms with notice. Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.
