gpu collects only the information necessary to provide our SMS-based trading service. This includes:

• Phone number (for authentication and message delivery)
• Solana wallet address (created on your behalf via our embedded wallet provider, controlled by you)
• Trading preferences you set (per-trade limit, daily limit, slippage)
• Logs of SMS commands you send and our responses
• Solana transaction signatures for trades you execute

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except where necessary to operate the service. This includes Twilio for SMS delivery, Privy for wallet infrastructure, Helius for Solana RPC, and Jupiter for swap routing.

We do not collect financial information beyond what is on the public Solana blockchain.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by texting STOP to our service number or emailing hello@uponly.ai.

SMS / Text Messaging

When you sign up for gpu and provide your mobile phone number, we use it to send transactional SMS messages including:

• Account verification codes during signup
• Trade confirmations when you buy or sell tokens via SMS
• Account activity notifications such as deposits, errors, or system messages

Message frequency varies based on your trading activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any message to opt out, or reply HELP for help.

We do NOT share, sell, rent, or transfer your mobile phone number to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used solely to deliver service-related messages described above and to authenticate your account.
